Completely off of any plan for about a week and a half...ditching Medifast and starting back on my own plan - 1400 real foods calories a day.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
