I still happy. I didn't lose but I didn't gain, and I had pizza 2 times this week. I had to go to a meeting right after work and I didn't bring anything and they provided pizza so I gave in.

Other than the pizza I tried to eat good. I didn't eat breakfast everyday and I think it gets me there too.

193.8 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
