Today starts a work style biggest loser. I think this was a decent start to the day/week/challenge 😊. Will be cutting out iced Capps because they're the devil and my weakness. I've cut them out before and lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks without exercising. Will try to hit the 10k steps 5x a week (which I've hit the last three days, woop!)
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.7 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
