This is the first day of my DIET/ calorie counting adventure. I am so nervous. But after I saw my weight on the scale I am determined to lose these pounds.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Welcome. I was 215 in March. I was a tight American size 18. So we started around the same place. I am 175 now. You can do this. Check in every day, good or bad and always track your foods. The support and motivation here is great. You can do this❤️️
