I couldn't wait the full week before weighing in. I'm glad I didn't though, I lost 1.8 pounds! I'm so thrilled, it gives me even more incentive to keep going.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
