Woohoo for that. Kinda fell off the wagon (exercise wise) for a while there, but lately I've been able to maintain my weight when I fail to keep active. So despite my birthday indulgence I'm still heading towards my goal.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
