Had a F. yesterday after eating out Thursday in Los Olivos with Phyllis (chicken curry salad and a bit of bread, with similar in the evening). Must have had a LOT of salt. Yesterday I started out at nearly 146 and was 140 in the doctor's office. Today I was 141.2 or even 141.0 before we walked Daisy.
141.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
