75 days to go
17.3 lbs to go!
Finally, my weight has moved downwards a bit🎉🎉
Yesterday I took my daughter for something to eat when I collected her from work.. managed to ignore fish and chips and tuna pasta bake, we had strawberries and cream(190cals)
They were out of bottled water (!) so I tried a Sprite Zero and hated it ...waaaaaaay too sweet.
All the family had jacket potatoes last night.. I had the tuna mayo on lettuce instead .
Hopefully, upping my calories a bit has worked to get my weight loss going.. will check out dietdoctor.com later as Friends suggested yesterday.
Low carb is working for my measurements, if not my weight ...
In 2 months I've lost
3.5 inches off my bust
5.5 inches off my waist
2 inches off my hips
5 inches off my belly
So the low carb/IF us working for my insulin resistance and belly fat! Yay!
Like yourpissingmeoff, I numbers so motivating.. now I just need to see them on the scales ( no one has noticed my weight loss yet)
