Glad I'm going back down some. I'm thinkng about doing a raw fruits and veggies diet for a few days. Has anyone tried that? Did it work?
199.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Veggies are good if they're not high in carbs. Fruit you need to do moderately because of the fructose (sugar) in them.
