I was very naughty whole yesterday afternoon - had 1/2 vegetarian pizza on top of my healthy lunch...dined at my friend's place for dinner ( chilli cornu with rice and green salad followed by "healthy dessert" made from light creamcheese,biscuits and fresh berries). When I came home I felt frustrated about someone I considered being my friend who disappointed me...for that result I went for breakfast cereal biscuits that I confessed not to eat while being on diet :-( I did :-( I am not surprised why my body weight had gone up again :-(
