Staying within my calorie goal is really helping with the weight loss. I need to start incorporating exercise, but it's hard with a toddler... I can't get on the ground without him climbing my back, so no yoga.

Does anyone have tips for exercising with a toddler?

Free-hand squats. Especially considering feminine bone structure, will help your shape and is imo the best single exercise for anyone. Use a kitchen chair if you need it for balance or to know how low to go. Add weight as your reps get up to 40-50 or more. One handed carry if you have a hallway or long open space in a room, at least 3 or 4 steps before changing direction. Carry a gallon of liquid or similar weight in one hand while walking. Standing curl and press soup cans/ gallon(s) of liquid/ toddler. Lie on your back and press the toddler over your chest (like a bench press). Lifting your toddler is probably working your back all it can take right now. But if you can make 'alone' time, a broomstick across two chairs can be used to do reverse rows. Another back exercise would be one-arm rows with your handy gallon jug full of liquid, which is done standing. Doorway chin bar if you have determination to work up to it. It takes months for most people.

I typed that with paragraphs; not sure why FS strung it all together.

I started with exercise while watching TV. Sit up and bring knees together 50x, lay on my stomach and bring feet to butt 50x and juggle 2 tennis balls 25x (really helped my arms)

Jogging or walking with the stroller, need a special jogging type stroller though.

I would walk or jog with a stroller, but my small town doesn't have sidewalks. Thanks though @chalford8!
