staying on a diet is tough but I need to eat under 1200 until I lose 20 lbs, then when I start exercising, I can
eat up to 1200 if it's low carb. I've done it before, but I am hoping that I will finally be at an age where I willnot regain unless I give up exercise. It's dumb to become arthritic and chair bound if there is a way out, and there seems to be.
Simply not overeating has given me more energy, and reduced the sense of bloat that often keeps me tired and immobile.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
