I have had an impossible time trying to eat less. My most difficult time is from about 3:30 on - then I just want to EAT! I crave sweet something after dinner. I think if I could get going with restraint it would become less difficult to fight. Everyday stresses interfere and if I'm feeling particularly put upon - by too many tasks, family needs, work - I do reward myself with food. I always have and I am having such a hard time trying to substitute something. What's better than a "nurturing snack"? Got to work on this....
