As I'm still sore from walking & swimming at the weekend,I didn't do any exercise except walking yesterday.First time I weighed myself, scales showed me 95kg.Once I shift them a bit,they displayed 95.3kg. I'm not keen on cheating so I'm going for the higher record.
210.1 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
