Can't believe I lost any weight after cheating so much yesteday!

I've decided I can't do the Atkins 20 diet. I like too many foods to restrict myself to eating just certain ones. I am going to portion control, calorie count, and watch my carb intake. I will limit my sugar, but that is my addiction. I gave up carbonated beverages for New Years this year so sweet tea, chocolate, and ice cream are my last sugar addictions. I've been doing better with getting unsweet tea, but sometimes the temptation is too much. Especially when my hubby buys a gallon jug of sweet tea...

Hope to lose 50 more pounds but that may be an unrealistic goal.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
