OK, getting back on track!
Since I believe that the weight on the scales doesn't tell the whole story, I've begun to do my body comp. I intend to do this about every 4 weeks.
As of today, my BMI is 30.3, and my fat percentage is 42.6. NOT a pretty sight! I was joking with another woman the other day, at a certain age, putting on a bathing suit becomes a threat! ha, ha, ha!

But, seriously, I'm beginning to think that more than genetics, my own self-conception is what is revealed in my physical appearance. And, at this point, that's just plain sad.


Onward and upward! Never give up! :-D

186.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
