woops! have to find a better calorie intake balance since exercise still not back to norm, and the odd bit of that "make ya feel better" choc been sneaking in this week.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Good to see you back. I know what you mean about the choc sneaking back into your diet. I succumbed to that myself yesterday. You are really close to goal and soon will be able to incorporate exercise again.

Hi Diane: Thanks for stopping by. :-) You seem to be encountering resistance at 160 but have already come quite a ways. I'm looking forward to your next weigh-in and hoping for the best. Don't get lost...

thanks info, yea the 160!!! i think i spent about 5 yrs or so at this weight in the past and i dont know, but i think my body remembers that? i need to shake it up a bit im thinking!
