well thats a bit better than i thought it would be , been slow moving down last couple of days and thats the lowest ive been since surgery.this no exercise is making me feel crap! amazing that id ever say that! just shows how being heathier does become a rather nice feeling in the body. im going to try some stretches and slower walking on my tread and build back from there.

160.7 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

I think you are doing very well. That is a good sign that you are missing exercise. That will motivate you to start moving again as you are feeling better. I would love to come to NZ and do a yoga class! Yoga is especially good for getting you back up and moving. Maybe there is a class near you.

How is it going? Hope you are feeling well again. We haven't had a status report for a while. I forgot you are going into winter when we are going into spring. I am with you about winter. What is your weather like in the winter. In South Dakota it is just dreadful. BRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
