God I was so waiting for the day to measure how much size change I've had in this month and it was perfect!! Even though this week I didn't lose weight but my sizes have become smaller than last month. Here's it: Abs : 3cm Waist : 1 cm Thighs : 6 cm Back : 4 cm Woohoo!
