Excited about getting to the gym today.

Weather is supposed to be beautiful again today, but don't know if I'll have the time to get outside after the gym.

180 days left....25ish weeks....one day at a time!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Had Little Caesar's for lunch today. Guess I will be having a Slim Fast Shake for dinner and do about an hr of cardio this evening....
