I'm yo-yoing which is not good. Ate out a lot this past weekend. It was hard to keep away from the hidden carbs. I think I actually had 140 at one meal. Starting over again. I need to hit 169!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
