Yes my weight is up from my last weigh-in, but I took a vacation from my diet....like a 4month vaca. Well, I'm back and stronger than ever...or I will be once I get over this flu :(
176.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
