I did 1300 calories and 8 fats yesterday also 28 carbs. I guess I'll imitate that today and see what happens? Slept better last night... John worked 16. I did stay busy yesterday. Hung out with Caytie and kids...walk...yoga...visit with mom & dad...good day. But after I napped I felt really crabby. Also sad at yoga that I'm no longer with certain friends. I need to work that out with forgiveness
