Headed in the right direction! My digestive system started moving again yesterday. I'm going to keep avoiding dairy, gluten, soy, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, and cold food or drink (apparently ice water is about the worst thing you can do for your spleen)!
133.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No, sharletgraham, it's not. Coffee is generally my motivation to get moving, because I don't have my fist cup until I arrive at work. Although I did switch to green tea this morning!

Yeah I just kicked coffee and all caffeine last week and the coming down was very hard for the first 2 days but I did it and now I don't have all the crashes or mood swings and I'm not tired like I was ... I'm doing tea's and juices that I make in my new juicer my husband bought me... I get so full on not a whole lot lately ... I feel great though .. My skin is healthy and so is my hair ... I can't believe how soft and shiny my hair is just from eating better , cutting out caffeine , meat and dairy .... I haven't felt this good in a long time

I'm happy for you! I actually don't see a problem with caffeine in moderation, but my coffee drinking was creeping up to three cups a day and becoming more of a need than a treat. I really like green tea as an alternative because it has impressive antioxidant capacity. Juice is too high in sugar for me. I can't drink it. I always wanted a juicer before though, ha.

Yeah everyone knows what works for them ... I had to stop the caffeine because I was getting cravings in the middle of the day and I was tired when the caffeine wore off and I had mood swings ... I got curious to why the caffeine was having that effect on me so I did some research and I found out that the caffeine even in the coffee entices the chemical dopamine we have in our brain and causes food cravings and the tiredness and the mood elevation and once I completely stopped it all went away .... I just got my juicer and I love it ... I can make my own energy drinks right here with nothing but fruits and vegetables
