back on keto mostly, carbs were a little high but moving down again. ultimately I think the feasting days are a help. but look to be more reserved in calorie count on those days that I had been.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 30.3 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
