feasted and went up 5 lbs. next time watch the snacks, like chips, and deep dish/pan. try and stay close to calorie range. I went way off the charts almost double for my calories.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
