keeping keto and low cal well. weight has been very small flux, only 0.2 Lbs. possible water weight or perhaps I need to feast/cheat. my body seems to adjust to my cal intake fast. even though when I do have a feasting day I gain it seem like I can get lower. it's like my body thinks it won't starve if I have a feasting day. keep tracking and observing and get back on keto after today.
