Broke through my plateau...227.5lbs...WOOHOO!! Now to keep the momentum going...control my urges and maintain the workouts...sweating is good!!

I have to go out of town again this week & have meetings all day...so watching what I eat could be hard during the meetings...the road trip is only one day, so I will take my normal lunch & snacks but dinner will be harder...I'll stop in for soup & sandwich at the coffee shop...safe ish...

PS...my RDI dropped to 2300cal...I'm pretty happy with myself!!
227.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
