Blood sugar plumetted three times and greatly affected my ability to stick with my points because I needed to replenish my sugar with unhealthy sources such as a candy bar and doughnut. Struggling to diet in the midst of having the shakes, extreme fatigue, and frantic feelings when my blood sugar drops.
