Celebrating my birthday has been fun but hasn't negatively impacted my diet! I should be celebrating weight loss & getting in shape before our cruise. I only have 3 weeks to go.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
