I've become a slave to the scale and it is negatively affecting my mental and physical attitude. I've decided not to weigh in again until July 8th, and that would be right before my 10 day green smoothie cleanse. I have the weight in mind that I should have to lost by then but I won't beat myself up if I don't accomplish that goal. Y'all pray for me. 😜
281.9 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 63.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
