So I did not too bad over Christmas!! I only gained 1lb. I think that is pretty good considering all the bad stuff I ate and the large portions over the last 3 weeks. I've gotten a little bit back on track since then though and hopefully I will have lost something by wed.

182.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
