staying keto yesterday was hard because of hospitality, but I kept my carbs to 25% and calories to 1500. weigh in tomorrow will tell the impact of this minor carb tolerance. but today's weigh in was down a lot, so have hope.
223.6 lb Lost so far: 31.7 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
