weight the same as yesterday. treated myself to 6 oz blueberries. bought some chicken thighs and some lemon pepper seasoning. will have it for supper as well as some baby potatoes and fresh veggies. good meal. did my workout today.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
