hi there, ive been away from the site for awhile. still trying to get below 165. I'm weighing myself once a week on Wednesday. I think ive lost but I'm not sure. I was weighing myself several times a day and if my weight was up I got depressed, so this is better thing for me to do. I'm still exercising and I think that me weight has finally got below 165 but I wont find out until Wednesday.

weight still fluctuating. hoping to get below 165 lbs this weekend. got some good recipe ideas from you guys posts. did my wrkout. Friday is grocery shopping day am going to buy some more healthy foods. went to wendys today and had chili and crackers. passed on the French fries and frosties. am feeling better about how I'm doing.

having another bum-out day. did not lose. i'm still 167.25 lb. I ididnt get below 165 by last Saturday like I wanted to and probably wont by this Saturdays either. this is so hard ive been working so hard at this and sometimes it seems like i'm getting nowhere. am very discouraged.

did well on eating plan did workout. lost another .25 lb in water weight.i didn't weigh portions for supper, so guessed. have to eat something later to make more calories way under RDI.

hi there I had my weoighin and am 2 /12 lbs above my lowest weighin. I know its mostly water but I'm stll bummed out. on the other hand I've lost 3.5 Ibs I'm water so I;m somewhat encouraged by that. I ddidnt make a journal entry yesterday because I needed sleep and slept most of the dat and night I had a hot dog bun with peanut butter when I woke up for about 15 min.
