Well after the Lo Mein last night I feel pretty good that there is no gain..I was expecting it but needed to use the clams and thought this better than dunking them in clarified butter.
247.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
