This is crazy. I did not actually gain 2.5 lbs in a day. My carbs were higher then normal yesterday and I took NyQuil out of desperation of no sleep for 4 days...back to my usual low carb today. I'll check tomorrow. Sleep was better but I was still up at 2am for an hour or so
126.5 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
