go back on keto/ketosis yesterday, and down almost 2 lbs. this morning. but only 848 calories. P90 has not happened for days now, while the weight loss doesn't seem to be heavily impacted by the work out it does make me feel better overall when I do P90. get back to that.
226.8 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
