may not be completely right, i have had to use different scales as the gym was closed today. however, i don't think that the scales will be that far off, and thought i'd share as i'm really pleased (even if they're off, a loss is a loss and it's encouraging to see a lower number!). i've just learned the proper way to use the scales, rather than weighing myself at different times of the day i'm going to start doing it at the same time daily as soon as i get my own scales :D
217.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
