Ugh!! I must have been carrying lots of water weight again 😕 Happy to be at 124 again but I just can't seem to break through!!! Sleep is horrible. I was up from 12-3 last night. 4 nights in a row of this terrible insomnia. I ran out of kavinace but I need the break. I did an almost 15 hour fast...
124.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
