This was a busy week. I wish I would have exercised another day or two. Samuels baseball practice on monday and friday makes me be a bit more active though so that is a good thing. My plan was to ride my bike at lunch so I took my bike to work but it was crazy windy all week so it did not work out. But I am not giving up on that. I bought a kayak this week so hopefully that will be another active outlet. I did not think I would have a loss this week since we had cake and ice cream on Monicas bday but I think the reason I did is that I had a few days this week way under calories. That is what it is all about though. Need to consume less calories.
