First week living in retirement and loving it to pieces. As I committed to myself, I've gotten up every morning and taken a long walk, 7 to 9 miles. What a great way to greet the day.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
