I feel like I'm doing much better now. working with Emma helps but mostly it's just not as hard right now to avoid sugar and bread. I really want to lose the weight. I also have walked twice this week!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
