Tuesday, 6/7/17 Steps = 15,155

Happy with the weigh-in today. Was a little concerned because I haven't had as many steps lately. The weather has been hot, curtailing any mid-day walks. I think I did better on water consumption this week. Now that I'm starting to do an upper body workout in addition to walking, I am hoping that I get a good toning effect without adding weight because of muscle. I know muscle is good, but until I am happy with my weight on the scale, I prefer to keep losing.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
