I guess I'm learning the scale tells me nothing. I slept horribly last night. I did have strong licorice/lemon balm tea... I have suspected that it screws me up at night. I could not fall asleep or stay asleep. It was a very thin veiled type. Also my stomach felt irritated by the Advil I took for my back...Hot flashes have slowly disappeared since that horrible all night surge around Memorial Day
125.0 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
