consistently down the past several days, Ketosis is working but a little slow. hard to tell of my body is adjusting to the lower number of calories or water weight. keep moving, soon I will be back in familiar territory mid to low 220's them perhaps I'll start feeling much better.
229.2 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
