Hmm What made me drop 2 lbs? Higher carbs over the weekend? Or very high fat (10 servings) and very low carbs (15 grams) yesterday? Well I'll go for the very high fat and lower carbs the rest of the week...I hurt my back yesterday by just reaching down to pick up laundry. Took Advil and a pain pill. I did sleep really good last night. Back is still stiff but better...
124.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
