Friends stayed in my house over the weekend. Lots of wine, steaks, burgers and potatoes.
I can`t believe I`ve put a bit on weight. You can`t even have a good time with your friends as those calories add up so quickly. I need to start to exercise and tomorrow I should go to British Military fitness but I don't know if my lazy ass is going to do that.
140.9 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
