Long active day today. Went on a 2 hour hike, swam at the beach, and cleaned my car and home. Glad the scale is moving down finally. This is what I needed to boost my morale.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
