Pray it's just a bounce up. lots more calories then most days this week 2400+ but still not over the FS DRI. think about adjusting the DRI by 300-500 calories. if this isn't just a bounce/normal flex then really keep the calories low. less than 2000.
230.8 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
